Terms & Conditions
1.Please be aware that no tuition will be undertaken until payment has been received.
2a.Tuition will be paused / suspended if a pupil is more than1 lesson in arrears,
until the account is brought up to date.
b.All our tuition fees are subject to a yearly review and will increase
accordingly in line with inflation and the increased business operational costs
3,The annual registration fee of £45 is payable per student.
A registration pack will be provided for your records.
4.All tutors require a strict 48hrs notice by text or email (only) for any class/tuition cancellation.
Otherwise you will lose the lesson.
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to
suspend piano tuition until the account is brought up to date.
5.The Music Boutique does not currently offer any sibling discount
6.Please note that the tutor as well as the pupil has the right to terminate tuition.
7.Any breakage or wilful damage to the equipment / artefacts or furniture will be
expected to be paid for.
8.For all pupils, we operate a term payment facility only. This can be
subject to change at anytime. Parents / pupils will be advised accordingly.
All fees and payment facilities credit/debit card etc are dealt with via
new-admissions@themusicboutique.org
9.No foul language, shouting or disrespectful behaviour toward staff members will be tolerated in any shape or
form !
10.Pupils are to arrive 5 minutes before their tuition is due.
If you are late you will only receive what will be remaining of your 15/20/30 minute tuition.
So, 10 mins late of a 20 minute class =10 mins remaining .
11.If pupils are late for their class it will be at the teachers discretion if they
are admitted
12.Personal hygiene is very important. Please wash your hands after using the
bathroom. Hand sanitiser is also available at all times.
If your child is coughing, sneezing or has a profusely runny nose, diarrhoea ,vomiting measles, mumps, chicken pox, pink eye impetigo conjunctivitis.
For the health safety and wellbeing of other pupils and our staff please refrain from bringing them to tuition
13.The superb bathroom facilities are provided for all Music Boutique client’s, however we expect the facilities to be used respectfully and appropriately. Please assist young children and clean any “accidents” that they may have.

**** Once your tuition slot has been allocated there is no rescheduling if you miss your tuition time your lesson will be lost so please bear this in mind at all times.
Tuition Fee Adjustments
Tuition rates are reviewed annually.
The Music Boutique reserves the right to adjust fees to reflect rising operational costs and continued professional development.
Parents & Carer's will receive at least 30 days’ written notice before any
fee change will take effect
The Music Boutique does have a loyalty tuition rate
however from September 2026
this will also be subject to an annual increase in-line with the schools continually increasing operational costs
Photograph/ Video and Publicity Policy
14.The Music Boutique will occasionally use photographs and/ or film footage of events,
concerts and lessons.
These images may be used to celebrate our musical activities and pupil achievements; to promote the innovative piano tuition via our website and social media; for publicity related to music education; and for other publicity like newsletters, promotional videos & press releases.
